FAQ / Delivery / Returns

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

Please note the price of the pieces does not include shipping; this will appear once an order has been made and at completed check out. 

Items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery services for deliveries within the UK and Royal Mail International ( track and signed ) for EU and USA.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the UK has now left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs, VAT duties and taxes as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside my control. This means international customers are responsible for all duties and all taxes that may be imposed on the items on arrival at the destination country. 

Please note, while I am looking for a more ecological and environmentally friendly shipping solution, I re-use padded envelopes as I'm a strong supporter of recycling; this doesn't impact the quality of the goods.


RETURN 

I hope you will be delighted with your new ESOTIC Jewellery new piece.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund,contact us and  return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

Exempt from any refund are Bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

All returned pieces must be in perfect condition as sent and in their original packaging where applicable.

Once the piece has been returned and condition approved, a full refund of the cost of the piece will be issued.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so I would recommend using a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.

For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
